The apartment dating back to the mid-60s is located in the city center, near Piazza Mazzini, the modern center of the city, a few minutes walk from the historic center with all essential services in the immediate vicinity, including restaurants, bars and coffee shops. The historic center can be reached on foot in a few minutes.
Over the past year, the apartment underwent a complete renovation with refurbishment and upgrading of all electrical, water and heating systems, including the air conditioning system.
At the same time, however, closeness allows us to always be close to guests to guarantee not only hospitality but also the satisfaction of all the needs they may need.
All amenities including linen are new and are washed and sterilized after each stay
The train station can be reached on foot in about 20 minutes, alternatively the bus stop for the train station is just a few minutes away on foot. Even the historic center can be reached on foot in a few minutes.
In any case, Monica and I are available to provide all the information and assistance necessary to make your stay satisfying, relaxing and above all peaceful. On request, we personally guarantee a shuttle service to and from Lecce train station, the City Terminal and Brindisi Airport.
Casa Sabella whether it is a group or a single traveler, whether it is a holiday or a business trip, offers an apartment with living room, three large bedrooms, three bathrooms, one of which with direct access from the bedroom. The rooms are all overlooking the internal courtyard, equipped with air conditioning and double glazing.
Monica and I live in the same apartment, but in a completely separate part from the part made available to guests, thus guaranteeing their privacy as well as ours. Only the entrance is shared with us.
Grandmother's room
The room is furnished with the original furniture of the grandmother of the early twentieth century, recently completely restored, as well as some accessories such as the chandelier made by a local craftsman or recovered from our previous homes. The bathroom is for exclusive use but not in the room.
Children's room
The room is furnished with some of the furniture from our previous homes (wardrobe and bed frame) while everything else (dresser, bedside tables, lamps, chandeliers, linens, mattress) was purchased after the renovation. The bathroom is for exclusive use but not in the room.
